ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, your order is packed with care and handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We aim to deliver your orders within the following timelines:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 2–3 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–5 working days

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, local conditions, and the performance of our courier partners. Delays may also occur during public holidays or peak periods.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this number to check the live status of your delivery on the courier's tracking portal.

COURIER PARTNERS 

We work with reliable and experienced third-party logistics providers to ensure fast, secure, and professional delivery service.

  • All deliveries are handled with care

  • Couriers will contact you if they are unable to reach your location or need further directions
