ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).
Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items or products purchased with discount codes

Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing, or wear and tear

Any items returned after the 7-day return window
EXCHANGE PROCESS

Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Carefully package and send the item back via your preferred courier.
(Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.) -
Once we receive and inspect the returned item. If eligible, we’ll dispatch the replacement item within 1–2 business days.
REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., card, bank transfer).

It may take 5–7 working days after we inspect and approve the return.

You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Please ensure returned items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for items that are damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
